Goals:
1. work-out 5 times a week
2. go on 5 hikes
3. be 55% done my correspondence course
4. complete 5 projects
5. complete the C25K
Questions for Week 7:
- What have you done this past week to help achieve your goals? 1. worked out three days 3. finished two projects The rest I didn't touch! opps!
- What did you do this past week to make you feel good about yourself? I was having a really bad day earlier and needed to do a few errands in the city so I went by myself and spent a bunch of time in a couple different stores browsing my favorite things! And picked up a fabulous cd by Christina Perri! For the two hour drive I cranked the music as loud as I wanted and sang just as loud.
- When you go away on vacation or business do your goals get put on hold/pause or do you continue to work on them while away? I usually take a break from them. But when we go to Vancouver in two weeks we plan to do a lot of exercising and eating gluten free as often as we can.
- Do you have friends/family members that you work on a goal(s) with? Do you find working towards a goal with someone easier or more challenging? Jon is so supportive when it comes to eating gluten free, healthy, and exercise. He's always down for a walk or run. It is easier to have someone right along with you. That's one of the things I love about the Spring Fever Challenge!
- Fun Question: What is your favourite magazine to read? hmm I had a subscription for a while to Woman's Health. I like browsing Runner's World, Cosmo, Martha Stewart, home decor and craft magazines. I don't really have one favorite.

ahhhh women's health! LOVE it.
ReplyDeleteThat's so amazing Jon has been supportive of the gluten-free, usually boys turn their noses up to that sort of thing!
haha I told him he doesn't have to but he says it's just easier. And he still eats what he wants sometimes. So it helps that he hasn't completely banned himself!
