Just A Walk In The Park

Last Sunday Jon and I went for a walk, on the search for some reflection pictures. Our small town has a really nice park and nature trail that runs along the river that goes through town.

 


Trail goes through some trees then under the bridge it keeps going.


 


 


You almost always have a view of the river. I took a very similar picture to this in Grade 10 Photography class. I should dig it out of my boxes one of these days and compare!



The water in the river was so smooth you could almost mistake it for a lake.


 




Beautiful end to a walk!




With the long week-end coming up we're thinking of things we can do. Right now we're thinking camping! But we'll see if this rain has stopped by then! What are your plans for May 2-4?

    I love the picture of the houses reflecting in the river. Looks like such a peaceful place to walk. Is May 24 Victoria Day? I don't have plans, although I do happen to have it off. :D

    Thanks Ada! That's one of my favorite pictures too. It is such a nice place to sit and watch the water for a while. It is technically for the 24th for Queen Victoria's birthday but we celebrate it on the Monday before. Which this year is the 23rd! Enjoy your time off!
