{one} what is one food that, as an adult you love, but as a child you said you’d never touch? Spinach. Love the stuff now, wouldn't touch it as a child.
{two} did you go to college? if yes, what was your major? I went to two. For three years I mostly studied psychology with minor emphasis on philosophy, sociology, and biblical studies. Then two weeks before my 4th and final year I switched majors and colleges. I did a year of Business. Now I'm doing a correspondence course on Accounting.
{three} what’s the most wild animal you’ve seen in real life (not counting the zoo)? hmm well we sorta live surrounded by forests, so it's not uncommon to see lots of moose, deer, elk, cariboo, bears, eagles, swans, cougars. Actually just a couple weeks ago a moose walked along our yard and jumped the fence behind our house. It's pretty neat to watch wild animals.
{four} have you ever been to a fortune teller?no I like surprises.
{five} can you juggle?haha not that well. sometimes to things but not any more than that. And it doesn't look very smooth!
{six} hardwood floors or carpet?Usually hardwood. It looks classy and is easier to keep clean. But sometimes carpets give a homey feeling.
{seven} is it called “soda” or “pop”?I call it pop. haha watch my accent vlog I talked about how I wished I called it soda. lol
{eight} what was your first car? I believe it was a 1979 Toyota Trecel. it was a sweet car. I never drove it on the roads. I lived on a farm and it was my "practice" car. I'm 26 and I've had 7 different vehicles? never crashed, just sell and get a different one.
{nine} what is the most decadent dessert you’ve ever eaten?I'm a sucker for cheesecake. last year I made a really rich cheesecake with saskatoon sauce. Once I had like a chocolate fudge cheesecake it was pretty crazy.
{ten} how often do you rearrange your furniture?fairly often. my husband often gives me a hard time about how it's about that time again.
Lovedd your answers. It s interesting to see that there are a lot of us that have had many cars in proportion to our age/how long we have been driving. Ive been driving almost 4 years and have had 4 cars.
ReplyDeleteThats cool how you are surronded by wildlife. Does that every scare you though (especially seeing cougars)?
We drink strictly pop where I come from (also a place where moose are apt to wander through the backyard), although I do get *why* you would call it soda. But pop is a lot more fun to say. Especially when what you really say when you say "pop" sounds more like "pahp".
ReplyDeletelove your answers girl- i def drink 'pop' where i come from haha! i rarely say soda. and i also adore cheesecake! YUM!
ReplyDeletethat cheese cake sounds so yummy!!! Thanks for stopping by:)
ReplyDeleteChocolate fudge cheesecake? That sounds AMAZING! Also, what's Saskatoon sauce? It sounds intriguing...
ReplyDeleteI used to say 'pop' back when I lived in Toronto as a small child. But since we left, it's been 'soft drink'. Sad, really. Pop is so much more succinct!
Hmm wonder how many cars we'll have by the time we're 50! I wonder if it's changed a lot from our grandparents generation to now. Sometimes when we're about to start a hike I get a little nervous about wildlife, but we know how to act and not act when encountering them. And we almost always bring our dogs with us. As long as you're smart about it, most people seem to be ok!
ReplyDeletehahaha "pahp" I love it. I had a friend from Wisconsin once who said pop like that. It was fabulous!
ReplyDeletethanks for stopping by too!
ReplyDeletethanks! think it's been too long since I last made a cheesecake.. .better fix that one of these days!
ReplyDeleteSaskatoon sauce is so delicious! I wish I could send you a jar of it! But sadly it probably wouldn't be good by the time it got there. Saskatoons are a small purple berry that grows on bushes. They taste much better than blueberries in my opinion. They're sweeter and have a bit more tart. if you google it there should be a better description and picture. I made a sauce much like strawberries are often in (syrup like) and poured it over the cheesecake. so yum!
