Week One's Questions:
- What are your goals for the Spring Fever Challenge?
- Why did you choose them?
- What is your plan of action to make them happen?
- What does this challenge mean to you?
- Fun Question of the Week: Let's get to know each other! What is something most people (er... fellow bloggers) don't know about you?
I decided because this challenge has 5 goals... all my goals will be "5" oriented. I don't know why.
1. work-out 5 times a week
2. go on 5 hikes
3. be 55% done my correspondence course
4. complete 5 projects
5. complete the C25K
-#1 well, for as excited as I am to participate, I had a tough time coming up with goals. I did pretty good last challenge! I chose #1 because now that I realize it's easy to get in 5 exercise times a week, I think I should have no excuse.
-#2 With the weather getting so nice out and the snow melting it's time to start thinking about outdoor activities. And hiking is a good way to get some cardio in.
-#3 Last time my goal was to get 50% done my course... didn't get there. It took a lot longer than I thought. But I better be able to do it this time!
-#4 The last couple weeks I haven't created much. I want to change that.
-#5 Been working my way through this. Had to take some extra time on a few weeks. But my goal is to make it to the end of it.
Some of my goals from the winter challenge are still goals of mine so I'll also keep them in mind to work on.
Routine for some of them. I am way more productive with a schedule and lists of what I want to accomplish. And 3 of them are exercise oriented so just keep motivated.
This challenge is a great support system! You get to meet some really neat bloggers that often have the same goals/struggles/motivations as you do. And beyond that...I love a good challenge!
I'm a HUGE Golden Girls fan. I secretly believe when I get old I'll become one of them!
Inspirational Picture
Last summer we did a lot of hiking. I took this picture of my husband, my brother, and our dogs at the top of one of the mountains, it overlooks our town. I love the feeling when you reach the top and get to enjoy the feeling of accomplishment!

I like the theme of your goals - 5 is such a great number. :) I love the C25K program, I'm thinking of relaunching it myself as I'm coming off an injury. Good luck with your goals!
ReplyDeleteYou went with 5's, I went with 3's.
ReplyDeleteHave fun!
Dropping by from SFC! I like your goals. I like them a lot because they have 5 in them which is my favorite number. I think its awesome though that you want to go on more hikes. And also that you are being realist too and not giving yourself unachievable goals.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to following along in this journey. If you could come root me on that would be great :)
Haha I love that you chose 5's for your goals. Good luck completing your goals - I'll be cheering for you!
