I worked out five times! Went on three more hikes, which now brings my total to 5. I completed another project, I think that's more than 5 now. - What did you do this past week to make you feel good about yourself?
- With two full weeks left in the challenge, what goals are you making your priority?
- Summer is just around the corner, which season do you find the easiest to accomplish goals?
- Fun Question: What do you miss most about being a kid?
I bought a zumba workout wii game. I've wanted to try it for months now but am so bad at anything dance related I didn't want to take a class yet. I'm loving the wii version! Jon has been doing it with me and we're having a great time!
I definitely need to work more on my correspondence course. I need to make sure I am getting in at least 5 workouts a week. The C25K is still a challenge but until I get new running shoes it's not a high priority. I'm still running sometimes, but not the allotted number of times a week.
It depends on the goals. Fitness: Summer time. Projects and Cooking: Winter.
I spent almost all day outside when I was a kid. riding my bike, playing in the trees. I would love if I could spend most my days outside with not a care in the world!
I too had C25k as a goal, but life got in the way, so it went by the way side!! Don't give up though!! You'll do it!
